Italian gold jewellery
Italian gold has a tradition spanning centuries: a school that has made the working of precious metal a recognized art. Giulio Veronesi Gioielli has belonged to it since 1896, with 18-carat gold jewellery in its three shades.
Gold in Italian jewellery
Gold, in Italian jewellery, is almost always 18-carat: the standard that combines purity and strength, the hallmark of high jewellery. But the metal is only the starting point — what distinguishes a piece of Italian gold jewellery is how that metal is worked: the clean lines, the precision of the setting, the refusal of excess.
The Giulio Veronesi collection offers jewellery in 18-carat white, yellow and rose gold, often in dialogue with diamonds and coloured stones. White gold cools the light of diamonds; yellow brings the warm depth of the most ancient tradition; rose adds a contemporary temperature. Each shade is chosen according to the stone and the gesture, not for fashion.
The criterion of Giulio Veronesi Gioielli is measure: gold must accompany, not dominate. It is a way of understanding precious metal that favours sobriety — the quality that is recognized in durability, not in appearance.
Each piece is made according to the Italian goldsmithing tradition and comes with a guarantee.
Our creations
Giulio Veronesi Gioielli
Giulio Veronesi Gioielli was founded in 1896 in via Orefici — the street of jewellers — and spans over 120 years and four generations of goldsmiths. It is the expression of an Italian goldsmithing school that has made precision its hallmark, and which in 1964 saw the Gemini creation awarded the Diamonds International Award in New York.
